日前，從ATC音響和中國代理一起發出的新聞稿，是對市場上出現的ATC偽冒產品的嚴正聲明。
各位需要購買ATC揚聲器、或者通過非正常渠道購買了ATV揚聲器的朋友，請認真注意以下新聞稿的內容。
關于ATC揚聲器，購買前可先咨詢ATC中國總代理:"香港Sound Concepts Ltd."，或者聯系廣州的"力高音響中心"，向他們了解當地的合法指定經銷商，就可以買到絕對貨真價實的原裝正貨了。
新聞稿內容如下：

敬告消費者 英國ATC Loudspeaker Technology Ltd.關注近日有偽造之冒牌ATC揚聲器出現于中國市場，此乃非法行為，ATC保留所有追究權利，并會對有關不法商人采取法律行動。 為保障客戶免受欺騙，請各消費祇向獲ATC授權之代理商 -中國廣州力高音響中心或香港Sound Concepts Ltd.及其認可之經銷商選購ATC產品。
所有ATC真品，都會有由以上兩間公司所簽發的保用證，亦會附有由ATC廠商生產部所簽發的ATC生產證書。ATC亦歡迎代為查核貴客戶已購產品之真偽（請提供產品之機身編號及照片等）。

WARNING 24th November 2005 It has come to the attention of ATC Loudspeaker Technology Ltd. that there may be fake ATC loudspeakers in the Chinese market. This is an illegal act and ATC reserves the right to pursue and take legal action against anyone found passing fake product. To protect customers from this fraud, ATC products should only be obtained from authorised dealers of Laco Hi-Fi in Guangzhou or Hong Kong Sound Concepts. All Genuine ATC products will have a combined warranty card issued by both of these companies. Each product will include an ATC build card signed by the factory build team.
